Covering tens of 10,000 square meters, Tianjin Pengzhan Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. is a shareholding company, specialized in spiral welded pipes, longitudinal welded pipes, and carbon seamless steel pipes for oil, natural gas and civil use. Our company has equipped with advanced pipe production lines, and advanced American Lincoln welding machines, with whole set of monitors, ultrasonoscope, and hydrostatic pressure test laboratory. With all these tests, we can provide the products to meet customers' demand.
To further satisfy our customers, we started new production lines specially to produce anti-corrosive and abrasion-resistant pipes and thermal insulated pipes. We have an advantage in R&D, manufacturing, and construction fields on abrasive-resistant products. We own many advanced techniques. Our company developed Modified Polyethylene (e.g. LLDPE) and Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) pipes, equipments, and we have the techniques to make inner and outer liners. We also developed those techniques and equipments for Modified Epoxy Resin Powder Coated Pipes. Our new innovation, Melted Metallic Powder Flame Spraying, can be used to coat on metallic surface with aluminum alloy powder, steel alloy, nickel alloy, chrome alloy and highly anti-abrasive Carbon-6 alloy. We can also customize special anti-corrosive and anti-abrasive products according to customers' demand.
Our products are widely used in oil and natural gas transportation, city heat supply pipeline networks, water supply pipelines, chemical bittern, sewage treatment, piling, bridge construction, harbor mechanism, and power industry.
